Corrine Hewitt-Berry is a native Alabamian of English-Irish descent, whose ancestors include farmers, miners and rumor has it, a moonshiner or two. She currently lives on the warm, sunny Gulf Coast with her adorable (and adoring!) husband, four cats and two dogs.
An avid reader from early childhood, she began writing in 1993 and has completed one novel and several screenplays. She loves the theatre and has worked with the local community theatres both onstage and backstage. Besides reading, her other interests include sailing, gardening and travel. She is also a licensed amateur radio operator.
Her favorite authors reflect her eclectic reading tastes: Georgette Heyer, Mary Balogh, Richard Bach, Dick Francis, Anne Stuart, Joan Wolf, Frederick Forsythe, and Robert Heinlein.
She is currently at work on her second novel, set in the Gulf Coast region.
