Electronic versions of some titles in Laughing Owl Publishing's catalog are now available.

Versions readable on your personal computer are available.  They are in large type so they are easy to read on screen, and are formatted so that you do not have to scroll to read a page.

These are in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). This format was chosen because the reader is available for free from www.adobe.com and the Federal Government uses it to distribute their documents, suggesting widespread availability.

Versions are readable in the Palm OS. www.palm.com

A free reader is available from www.aportis.com for the Palm Computing hand held PDA.  They also have a shareware version with additional features for $30.00.  You can load as many novels onto your Palm as you have memory for.  A 300 page novel takes up about 250-275K.  The reader uses 30K.

Since there are no printing costs, we are able to sell our e-books for less than the paper versions.  And no dead trees.

ebooks are available on 3 1/2" PC formatted floppy disk or as downloadable pdf. files.

Internet downloadable versions are available. After your order, we will e-mail you the title, or the address for you to download if you can not accept file attachments.
