Aleta Boudreaux

I am a searcher, a seer and a writer.

Fantasy, suspense and historical fiction are my portals to other worlds.

My published novel, Song of the White Swan is set in 15th century Nova Scotia and is about a druid priestess on a spiritual quest.

Beneath The Crescent Moon, is a contemporary suspense set in post-Katrina New Orleans and Belieze involves a magical pendant, spirit guides and a woman's foray into the realms of Voudoo and the supernatural.

My heroic fantasy, Septerra: Forgotten Worlds, is a about a female warrior on a quest to save her shape shifting planet.

Women on quests seems to be a theme I can't get away from. If you're interested you can read some of my work by following the links on this page.

I love animals and have a tendency to rescue them, whether they need it or not. I care for cats (20+), dogs (down to two) and one horse companion, Medicine Man, who lives at a friend's ranch.

I am a student of earth based traditions. I blend what works for me from the Nature Path. I honor Mother Moon, Mother Nature and the Goddess (in all forms).

For the past twenty-five years, has  been studying healing, New Age and Native American philosophy and comparative religions. My research led me  to write, Song of the White Swan, a novel about two people from widely different cultures, a Druid Priestess and a Micmac Shaman, who find a common bond; the strength of their faith and their love for one another.

Song of the White Swan (ISBN 0965970167) is available through Amazon.com and by special order through your favorite bookstore.

Beneath the Crescent Moon and Septerra are represented by Holly McClure with Sullivan Maxx Literary Agency. www.sullivanmaxx.com/index.htm

My other  published writing includes articles in Sage Woman Magazine and The Beltane Papers.  I am a member of the Alabama Writer’s Forum, the Theosophical Society in America , the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, & Mystery Writers of America.
